"The Lennox Hotel is a twenty-five story commercial building located on the northeast corner of Ninth Street and Washington Ave. at the northern edge of St. Louis´ central business district. Completed in 1929, the building features a reinforced concrete frame with twelve-inch buff brick curtain walls trimmed with cream colored terra cotta."
