This building, located on Washington Avenue, makes up a portion of a block façade typical of Washington Avenue, though rare within the United States. The first two floors are cut granite and are treated as one, with engaged columns that lead to a flat, load-bearing granite string course. The next four floors are treated together with seven bays, also with engaged columns and topped with a round arch. First floor store fronts have been altered.

The building´s spandrels are terra cotta with a Renaissance swag motif. The attic story has had the alternating trophy-patterned and swag motif removed.
