Description:    A native of St. Louis, Walter Rathman received his degree from the School of Architecture, University of Pennsylvania. He and Ernest C. Klipstein formed a partnership in 1908. They designed many buildings for the Busch family including the dairy, stables, garage, and employees living quarters at Grant´s Farm, and the Bevo Plant in 1915, and the landmark, Bevo Mill in 1917. He designed the Post Office at 18th & Market Sts.
