Brief Description:  The St. Louis Cardinals won the World Series three times in the 1930s. Their colorful “Gashouse Gang” iwas led by Dizzy Dean, Pepper Martin, Rip Collins, Joe Medwick and manager Frank Frisch. The team is generally regarded as one of the best ever assembled.
