  Frist Baseball Game in St. Louis
Brief Description:  First baseball game between two newly formed clubs. The two clubs that played were called the Morning Star and Cyclones baseball club. A notice was published in the two major Newspapers of the time in July of 1860. The Daily MO. Democrat and the Missouri Republican. The games was played at Fairgrounds Park in St. Louis. The Morning Star Baseball Club beat the Cyclones by a score of 36 to 24.
