Event:  CDA opens for business at the 1015 Locust Building
Category:  Planning and Development
Brief Description:  The Community Development Agency set up offices at 1015 Locust to administer the newly established Community Development Block Program. The new agency combined people from the City Plan Commission, the Municipal Business Development Commission, the Beautification Commission and the Model Cities Corporation. David Hrysko was the acting director. Dale Ruthsatz served as head of the Planning and Programming Division.
