Event:  Construction Begins in LaSalle Park Redevelopment

Brief Description:  Initial construction began in 1973 on 148 dwellings in LaSalle park. The development consisted of garden court apartments and townhouses. Commercial and industrial redevelopment activities also began on 25 acres in the first phase of the LaSalle Park Project.
