  Eugene Field Dies in Chicago.

Brief Description:  Eugene Field, who was writing for the Chicago Daily News, died in his sleep on November 4, 1895. Only 45 at the time of his death, he was famous for his poetry and newspaper columns. Five children survived him. He was buried in the churchyard of the Church of the Holy Comforter in Kenilworth, IL.
