  Metropolitan Square and Parking Lot Completed

Brief Description:  The 1,000,000-sq. ft. One Metropolitan Square building and its parking garage for 1,000 cars were completed in 1989 at an approximate cost of more than $100 million. The 42-story, 597-foot tall skyscraper is the largest building in Missouri. It is now home to many of the regionĀ“s leading professional services firm and nonprofit and civic organizations.
