Event:  A second round of layoffs occur at CDA

Brief Description:  In April 1982, staff size at the St. Louis Community Development Agency is reduced to 49 positions. Deborah Patterson becomes executive director. Subsequent CDA directors include Barbara Geiseman, Dennis Coleman and Brian Murphy. among others.
