Event:  Columbus Squares Apartments Completed

Brief Description:  Phase I of the Columbus Square Apartments was completed in 1981 at the approximate cost of $35 million. Included in this cost were 217 Phase II apartments completed in 1983, 41 for-sale townhouses completed in 1987, 12 for-sale houses completed in 1988, and The Caste (43 condominiums begun in 1988).
