  Breckenridge Hotel Replaces Spanish Pavilion

Brief Description:  The Breckenridge Inn of the Spanish Pavillion was opened in 1976 with over 300 luxury rooms, a theatre, meeting rooms and swimming pool among other features. The hotel used the Spanish Pavilion building from the New York World´s fair, which had been dismantled and brought to St. Louis in a failed attempt to create a new tourist attraction downtown.
